SACO – The Serviced Apartment Company will take full payment for your accommodation at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property.

Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time 國外訂房of booking and a valid photo ID, such as a driving licence or passport.

A refundable security deposit to cover additional charges, including breakages, damages, extra cleaning and further accommodation charges incurred during your stay, may also be taken and you will be advised whether this is payable at the same time. This will vary on the size of apartment you have booked.

Group Policy: Three apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates is considered a group booking. When making a group booking, full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is non-refundable. A security deposit, as above, will also be required for each apartment booked.

Unfortunately, the property is unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building.

Please note that parking spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis, and must be reserved.

Please note this is a meet and greet property; in order to ensure an easy check-in process please inform SACO of your arrival time at the property a minimum of 24 hours prior to arrival and if making a same day booking, a minimum of 2 hours prior to arrival. Failure to do this may result in a delay to gain access. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform SACO Tower Hill - Lehman Street in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
